2. What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form we collect the data you enter: name and surname, email address, Instagram profile (optional), wedding date and venue, wedding planner (optional), approximate number of guests (optional), approximate budget (optional) and your message.
The server hosting this website automatically records technical data about your visit (IP address, time and browser) for security and correct operation.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use form data only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer, which is processing at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use the data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Recipients
Your data is processed by service providers that make the website work: a form-handling service (Web3Forms), hosting (Netlify) and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for 24 months after our last communication, unless we enter into a contract, in which case we keep it in line with legal obligations.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Fonts are part of the website itself and are not loaded from external servers.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to processing of and port your data. Send your request to our email address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
